Each of our Units have the following: Refrigerator, Gas stove with oven, Cable TV, Microwave, Dishes, Cooking Utensils, Silverware, Electric toaster, Coffee maker, Bed linens. YOU NEED TO BRING towels, soap, pot holders, grilling equipment, Fans etc... Each cabin has Gas heater for cooler weather. Some units have Fireplace as well. Each cabin has its own picnic table, lawn chairs and park style charcoal grills, (a few cabins share 1 Grill per 2 units.)

Boat Lift rental available $20 Day , $100 Week Plus Tax. 6.875%

Our 2010 season dates are as follows

Main season: June-19 to August-20
Pre-season: June-12 to June-18, August-21 to August-27
Early and Late seasons: May-14 to June-11, August-28 to September-28

Nightly rates available: May 14 - June 19 , September-4 - September 27, 2 night minimum.

Rate is 1/5 of weekly rate Friday & Saturday

Rate is 1/6 weekly rate Sunday through Thursday

Week rentals (Saturday - Saturday) only June 19 - August 27.

Deposit of $800.00 for three and four bedroom cabins and deposit of $600.00 for one
and two bedroom cabins are required, per week per cabin to make a reservation.
For less than one week a deposit of one nights rent is required.

Deposits will only be refunded if cancellation is received 90 days prior to reservation or
if unit is subsequently rented. A $100.00 cancellation fee will be subtracted from any refund.

Add 6.875 % sales tax to all rent charges.

Check-In after 3:30pm on Saturday and Check-Out before 9:00am Saturday.
for shorter than 1 week rent check with office for check-in / out, times.

Arrival prior to stated times will be assessed a charge equal to 1/2 days rent and will be applied to your credit card.
Time is required between guests to get the grounds in order.
